First ETF128 Pre-Production Run Complete

O’Brien Medical is pleased to announce the completion of it’s first pre-production run of ten ETF beta prototypes . This run of ten units, partially supported through an MTI Seed Grant, represents the culmination of a year long redesign effort. The new design is lighter, easier to use and less costly to manufacture than the proof-of-concept units fabricated in 2011. These units are now being evaluated for reliability and durability by Dr. O’Brien at his podiatry practice prior to being sent out for field testing. Several centers in the US and Canada are now being confirmed as test sites.
