ETF Patient Results Printout Now Available

Due to customer requests, a downloadable patient results form is now available. This form may be provided to patients following their ETF exam. The physician simply marks the results on the time/risk curve. This form will provide valuable feedback to patients on their current neurological status and potential for diabetic foot complications and fall risk. Physician practice information may be added to the form for completeness.
