ETF Listed in 3 Minute Diabetic Foot Exam

The company was pleased to see inclusion of the ETF in recently published guidelines for primary care providers when performing diabetic foot exams. The so-called, “Three Minute Diabetic Foot Exam” has been gaining popularity among PCPs since its introduction in a 2014 article in the Journal of Family Practice.  The guidelines provided by the Amputation Prevention Centers of America have been adapted from this article in order to improve screening and referral of diabetic patients at risk for potential foot complications leading to amputation.
