EMR Documentation Template

Due to customer requests, we are happy to provide a suggested template for incorporation into EMRs. This template is specifically for the timed vibration test (TVT) performed at the dorsal aspect of the hallux IPJ. This template may be copied and is found under downloads on the ETF product page.
