If you’re not satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us for information on returning your item. We will supply you with a Return Authorization Number that you must include in your package for our records. Returns not accompanied by a Return Authorization Number will be refused.
The item being returned must be mailed with a trackable shipping service such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS with Tracking Number. Customer pays return shipping and must supply their own box and packaging to ensure the product arrives to us safely. All original packaging, parts, and any included accessories, manuals, etc must be included with your return package.
